Thank you for wanting to contribute to Huntly Museum's latest exhibit.

You will be redirected to a space for you to add your written chapter to OurStory after clicking agreeing with the terms and conditions below.

• I hereby grant Huntly Museum (the Organisers) the right and permission to film, record, edit, use, distribute, and display my interview, story, image, voice, name, and likeness (the Content) for the purposes of the OurStory exhibition and any related promotional or educational activities, in any media or format, without any compensation or further notice to me.
• I understand and agree that the Organisers have the sole discretion to decide whether and how to use the Content, and that I have no right to review, approve, or object to the use of the Content or any changes made to it by the Organisers.
• I represent and warrant that the Content is my original work and does not infringe the rights of any third party, and that I have obtained the consent of any person who appears or is mentioned in the Content, or their parent or guardian if they are under 18 years of age.
• I release the Organisers from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the Content or my participation in the exhibition, including but not limited to any claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of intellectual property rights.
• I acknowledge that the Content may be subject to public access, disclosure, or commentary, and that the Organisers are not responsible for any consequences that may result from such exposure.
• I agree to comply with any rules, guidelines, or instructions given by the Organisers or their representatives in relation to the exhibition, and to respect the rights and dignity of other participants and visitors.
• I acknowledge that the Organisers reserve the right to terminate my participation in the exhibition or remove the Content at any time, for any reason, without any liability or obligation to me.
